What You Get

Homeowners come to us asking about a new roof. We connect them with providers in our network who serve their area.

Those homeowners have already read about costs and typical ranges. They tend to ask sharper questions. That suits a contractor who quotes clearly.

We focus on new installs and full replacements. Hail damage roof replacement and storm-related replacements fit well. Small repair calls do not.

Who We Look For

• Local roofing contractors serving homeowners in our region.
• Providers with experience on frame houses, bungalows and ranch homes.
• Businesses used to cold winters, hail and heavy spring rain.
• Contractors who return calls and keep appointments.

What We Expect

Be straight with homeowners. That is the core of it.

• Hold all licenses and insurance required where you work. Be ready to show them.
• Give written quotes with materials, labor, cleanup and total price.
• Explain extra costs, such as rotted decking, before work starts.
• Never pressure a homeowner to sign on the spot.
• Make no promises you cannot keep, including on insurance. Homeowners should check their own policy.

Providers who draw repeated complaints may be removed from the network.
